What stick flex for hockey stick?

I am a defensemen looking for a new stick. I don’t want to spend much but a local hockey store has some sticks on sale, I was looking at the s11 for $69.99, the s7, se5 and nike bauer supremepro. I am wanting to know what flex i should get. I take all slaphots, wrist shots and snap shots. I am 5’10.5 and 170 pounds
I play rep too if that matters

I would go with an 85 regular flex or a 100 stiff. Depending on how much you shoot wrist or snap shots. With a slapshot you want a stiffer flex, but if you take a lot of wrist and snap i would go with the 85 so you get the best of both worlds.
